Reservation deposit: 1/2 of the rental amount
Reservations are held for 10 days pending receipt of the reservation deposit.
The reservation will be cancelled if the fee is not received within the 10 days.
Upon receipt of the reservation fee, a confirmation letter will be sent to you.
The balance of the rent plus a refundable damage/security deposit of $200.00 is due at check-in.
We accept cash, travelers checks, cashiers checks or money orders.
